Shouvik brings over 15 years of experience in Financial services, Executive search and Venture capital. After graduating from University of Windsor with a degree in Economics with an interest in capital markets he started his Bay St. career with a hedge fund. Here he gain extensive exposure to private wealth clients and investor relations. At the same time working closely to develop private equity portfolio companies. During this time he played a key role in driving the bottom line growth of several portfolio companies.
Shouvik then relocated to Asia to join a global recruitment firm for a multi-million dollar start-up in the APAC region. In this role, he was instrumental in establishing a market leading Executive search practice. Shouvik was then approached by a global competitor todevelop a Banking and Financial services practice in Canada. Shouvik now owns his own boutique search practice based in Toronto.
Throughout his career Shouvik has worked towards developing as a valued business advisor to executives, multinational enterprises, global banks and professionals practices.
In his free time Shouvik enjoys travelling, exploring different cuisines and reading. He takes keen interest in stock trading, motorsport, Sim racing and consulting for early stage companies.
